A case review is provided at the start of this program. During our consultation, we will discuss your current symptoms and diagnostic tests results in order to get an understanding of what has been causing them. From there, together we will develop a 4 month relief plan specifically designed for YOU – one that takes into account all of your unique needs and preferences. We will meet virtually in order to track progress, answer questions, adjust your plan so that you always have access to support regardless of how things may be progressing. Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine's popular Food for Life program is an award-winning nutrition education and cooking class program. As an instructor I will cook along side of you once a week. You can lower your risk for chronic diseases like obesity, anxiety, insulin resistance and hormonal imbalances using food as medicine. We will explore new foods, techniques, and methods that can be used in any kitchen.
